WARRANTY

What is the Guarantee?

The guarantee must be understood as the right that every owner has to have the possible defects of   manufacturing on your product, under normal conditions of use and service, under the terms described in this document.

What does the Guarantee include?

The guarantee includes/recognizes the costs associated with the replacement or repair of the parts that have been affected, following the technical guidelines given by the manufacturer, and provided that the technical evaluation carried out concludes that the        event has occurred due to a manufacturing defect in the component or an error during its assembly.

It is because of this that the guarantee does not contemplate the total change of the product or the replacement of parts that suffer wear     natural during operation or money back.

Warranty period

The warranty period is established by each brand and can be checked in the warranty manuals at the time of delivery of the Motorcycle and is counted from the date of purchase, without limit of hours.

Warranty Coverage

The cusap guarantee has national coverage, that is, every owner has the right to demand the            application of the guarantee in any of the Authorized Technical Services located in the different cities of the country.

It is a mandatory requirement to physically present the "Guarantee Manual" at the time of requesting its attention,  Otherwise, the service will be attended as a regular service whose cost will be assumed by the client. If the warranty manual is lost or stolen, you should contact the dealer to purchase a new warranty manual.

Requirements to apply the Guarantee

  1. The product must be within the established warranty period.

  2. The owner must immediately bring the product to an Authorized Technical Service and report the fault detected.

  3. The owner must present the duly filled Warranty Manual and the Ticket or Invoice for the purchase made.

  4. The owner must have carried out all the preventive maintenance in the Authorized Technical Services and           respecting the established frequency.

  5. Parts replaced under warranty become the property of cusap.

Warranty Limit and Expiration

  • Failure to comply with the maintenance schedule established in                the handbook guarantee, in the Technical Services Authorized by the brand.

  • Use parts or spare parts that are not original.

  • Problems derived from repairs carried out by third parties.

  • Crashes, accidents, abuse or negligence in the use of the vehicle.

  • Failures of the electronic system sensors caused by water or by  the installation of accessories that are not authorized by the Brand.

  • Alterations made in order to change, add or remove parts or pieces of the motorcycle.

  • The warranty will not cover failures caused by misuse of the vehicle, even if the vehicle  It has all the maintenance and repairs recommended by the manufacturer.

  • The guarantee will not cover the damages caused to the motorcycle by the use                of poor quality or adulterated fuel.

  • The guarantee will not cover damages derived from modifications or removal of parts on the motorcycle that do not allow us to conclude that the vehicle is within the guarantee period.
